At Eposspace, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund.

Our return window is 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Items without packaging, or not in resalable condition, will be rejected.

All returns require proof of purchase.
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.


Faulty or DOA Items

If your item is faulty or dead on arrival, please notify us within 7 days. We will guide you through the next steps and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  • Contact your credit card company – it may take time to post.
  • Check with your bank – they might have processing delays.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that arrive defective or damaged.
Email us at info@www.eposspace.com to initiate the exchange, and send the item to the address provided.


Return Shipping Details

Products must be returned to our designated warehouse address.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is approved, we may deduct the return shipping from your refund amount.

Consider using trackable shipping or insurance for higher-value returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof.
